Noah & Co. Booking Terms
Booking: Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Service: Noah & Co. operates from a custom-built mobile coffee trailer. We require suitable outdoor vehicle access and a safe service location. Venue Access: It is the client's responsibility to ensure the venue can accommodate our trailer and that any required venue approvals have been obtained. Setup: We arrive approximately 45–60 minutes before service to set up. Payment: All invoices must be paid prior to the event unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations Policy: More than 30 days' notice: Full refund. 14–30 days' notice: 50% refund. Less than 14 days' notice: No refund. Allergies: Our trailer handles dairy, gluten, nuts and other allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Photography: We may take photographs of our setup for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.
