Meet Salwa

Noah & Co. Coffee was founded by Salwa, a Melbourne-based creative and mother with a deep love for coffee, community and beautiful gatherings.

With a background in design and a passion for creating warm, welcoming spaces, Salwa created Noah & Co. Coffee to bring people together over exceptional coffee. What began as a simple idea quickly grew into a mobile espresso bar designed for both everyday moments and special celebrations.

Salwa’s vision is simple — serve quality coffee with genuine care, and create an experience that feels thoughtful, calm and memorable wherever Noah & Co. Coffee goes.

Meet Oscar

Oscar is the backbone of Noah & Co. Coffee, bringing years of hospitality experience and a natural love for great coffee and good conversation.

With a strong background in customer service and café culture, Oscar ensures every cup served meets the highest standard. His calm presence and attention to detail help create the welcoming, easy atmosphere Noah & Co. Coffee is known for.

Together with Salwa, Oscar shares a vision of building a coffee experience that feels genuine, community-focused and memorable at every event and gathering across Melbourne.

What began as a simple idea has grown into a Melbourne-based mobile espresso bar serving beautiful, café-quality coffee at events, markets and private gatherings.
